All nominations must come from a current Bluebird Leaders Member and all nominees must also be a member prior to 4/30/2025.
Rising Leader Award
The Rising Leader Award recognizes emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional potential, dedication, and influence in their field or community.
Zenith Leadership Award
The Zenith Leadership Award symbolizes reaching the highest point of success, wisdom, and leadership—perfect for an award or recognition theme.
Bluebird Spirit Award
This award celebrates a special individual who provides clinical support to those with disabilities and/or illness while living a life of purpose, resilience, and relentless determination to overcome obstacles and fears. They embrace both the beauty of art and the wonder of science, and improve the world each day by spreading laughter, joy and kindness.
This award is in memory of Dr. Sandra Torquato and Jacob Patrick Frei who lived such a life and inspire us to do the same.
The 3 award winners will get a guest pass to #SOAR2025, their hotel (2N) and airfare paid.

The winners are vetted through a committee of Bluebird Leaders Members, you must be a member to accept the award.

Nominations:

Awards:
The 3 award winners will be announced and rewarded at SOAR2025 (sept 24-26, 2025).
Their trip (flight, hotel, conference ticket) to SOAR2025 will be paid for by the amazing sponsors and supports of the Bluebird Leaders Book!
Do I have to wear a pink dress?
No, a pink dress is not required for the gala, but it is highly encouraged.
